    Northgate Church is located in West View about five minutes north of the city of Pittsburgh. We sit on the hill right off of McKnight Road and about three minutes from the Perrysville exit off 279 South.

Meet Our Staff

Matt Glidden - Senior Pastor

Matt loves family time with his wife and three kids. Exploring the city of Pittsburgh and the great outdoors are his favorite hobbies.

Steven Thiel - Associate Pastor

Boomerang resident of the greater Pittsburgh area; finding his way back after serving and working around Philadelphia. Steven enjoys discovering the region with family and friends. He spends his free time biking, hiking, camping, reading and rock climbing. Small obsession with fountain pens since 2011.

John Huwe - Youth Director

John spends most of his time with his wife and son. He enjoys eating good food, listening to Bible podcasts, and growing tomato plants.

Caroline Glidden - Children’s Ministry

Caroline is a mother of three amazing kids and can be found watering plants, reading books, sipping coffee, or giggling with friends.

Missy Doubet - Children’s Ministry

Missy loves hanging out with her husband and two teenagers. You can find her reading, in the garden, hanging out with friends and listening to music! She loves serving the kiddos at Northgate Church!

Lenny Muckle - Music Ministry

Lenny is born in Pittsburgh and loves to laugh. My mission is to share God's love through music, soccer and just living life.

Lori Marvill - Office Manager

Lori enjoys traveling with her family and two golden retrievers. She has been attending Northgate since the day she was born and it holds a very special place in her heart.

Bob Croker - Office Assistant

Bob is Pittsburgh born and raised. He enjoys baseball and has attended a game at every major league stadium in America.
